Mt Work - Recovery Week
For some of us this week is a recovery week, others may want to run longer. We have a plan to cover both options. We will be doing a loop featuring McKenzie Bight, Squally Reach and Mt Work. Or portion of. Or more than once. Depends on how long you want to run for. It is up to you!

Time: 2-4 Hours (approx)
