Fall Sessions

Fall runs are a little shorter and definitely more relaxed. Join us as we take the time to enjoy the trails through the change of seasons. We will run through misty forests, use the leaves as rain cover and navigate mossy rocks and roots. Most runs will be local though we will venture out to Sooke too. Fall is ideal for those wanting to take it easy after Summer of races, for new runners to join us, and for anyone looking for running company in beautiful surroundings.

Long runs will be from 90 mins to 2 hours. 

Wednesday evenings will be an hour of fun in the dark by headlamp! 

Runs will be posted to our Schedule as they are arranged each week as well as sent out to those on our mailing list.

Dates: Sept 05 - Nov 25, 2018 (12 weeks, 22 planned runs in total)
Night Runs: Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm (approx)
Long Run: Sunday's 9:00 - 11:00  (approx) 

Why do we charge for our runs? Simple, we pay our run leaders for their time, support and expertise. 

Registration closes on August 25th.

Run with us twice a week. Enjoy the trails at night, a fun and completely different experience. Sunday long runs will be suitable for both new and seasoned trail runners.
