Spring Sessions

Join us and train for local trail and ultra distance events in 2018. We have some great long runs planned as well as a challenging hill workouts on Wednesday nights. Fast or slow, doesn't matter, we offer a run leader and sweeper as well as marked routes so everyone can run their own pace. We offer shorter routes on our long runs when possible. All runs posted to our Run Schedule.

New runners welcome anytime during our run programs.

6:30 pm – 7:45 pm (approx)

Sunday Long Runs
9:00 am – 12:00 pm (or longer)
Multiple Run Leaders

We will continue to build on the Winter Sessions with longer and more challenging runs. Where possible  we will offer shorter options for those who prefer.

Cost: $100 + tax (Late Join Rate)
Members 15% discount option at checkout.

Drop In: $10 (paid to run leader)

One Run a Week
March 7 - May 27, 2018

Wednesday or Sunday
The single day option can be used for either Wednesday hill nights or our Sunday long runs.

The choice of which day to attend is yours.
