Summer Sessions

Join us for a Summer of fun. A variety of trails, guest leaders, hill nights and plenty of smiles.  All trails are marked so you can run your own pace, no pressure to keep up with faster runners. What are you training for?  We'll help get you there! New runners always welcome

Dates: May 30 - Sept 2nd, 2017 (28 total sessions)
Hill Nights: Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 pm (approx)
Long Run: Sunday's 8:00 - Noon  (approx) 

Why do we charge for our runs? Simple, we pay our run leaders for their time, support and expertise. 

Drop in runners are always welcome. We charge $5 for hill nights and $10 for long runs. 
Forest Dweller run leaders/coaches are paid for their time which we feel is important and a nice way to give back.

Join us for both Wednesday night hills and our Sunday long run. Our two night a week program means you'll get your fill of trail training with the most fun people around! 

Team Members: $150.00
Non Members: $165.00

Sunday Long Runs Only
June 03 - Sept 02

8:00 am – 11:00 am + 
Summer long runs will be 3-4 + hours. Options for longer or shorter routes will be available when possible. Join us for an amazing Summer of running locally or on one of our long or short road trips.

Team Members: $120
Non Members: $130
Drop In: $10.00 per session


Wednesday Hill Nights Only

Join Coach Jerry Hughes for Wednesday night hills. Build strength, fitness, technique and confidence as we run a variety of hill sessions on varied terrain. 

Team Members: $50.00   
Non Members: $55.00
Drop In: $5.00 per session
