Brush off your mittens, Winter running is here. Night runs on Wednesday evenings will continue, Sunday long runs will be approximately 2 hours building to 3 hours as we head into March. For all those with early season ultras, or shorter trail events this is going to be ideal training. Bring on the hills…and wind, and who knows maybe even some snow!

Winter Sessions (2 Days)
Dec 30 - March 17th, 2019

Wednesdays
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (approx)

2019 Hill Training Begins! Roads and trails, short and long, steep and well steep. Everyone welcome, work at your own pace and comfort level.

Sundays
9 am – 11:00 am +

Training runs will be getting longer and more challenging as many of our runners begin to build for early season ultra events and the Island Trail Series events.

Winter Sessions (1 Day)

Wednesday or Sunday
The single day option can be used for either Wednesday hill nights or our Sunday long runs. The choice of which day to attend is yours.

Hill nights return, we'll be doing a lot more climbing, big hills, small hills, rocky hills, muddy hills, we'll do them all. Over...and over...and over.

Drop In
Anytime (use anytime)

Drop In Passes
If your family or work schedule don't allow you to commit to a full program you can join us as a Drop In runner. Drop in any time on any run. Drop in passes are not program specific, if you buy one for the Winter Program and don't use it up, join us in the Spring for the remaining runs.
